POSTS
MADE TO SPECIFICATION
We fabricate CHS, RHS and SHS posts to your specifications, supplied with or without base plates, top plates, cleats and custom connections.
Every post is made to order, with straight, half, tee or corner top plates and concrete base plates, in pre-galvanised, hot-dip galvanised or powder coated finishes. Telescopic adjustable posts are also available in 50mm and 75mm SHS, with corner or V-up tops.
BEAMS & COLUMNS
FABRICATED FOR THE SPAN
We fabricate Universal Beams, Universal Columns and Parallel Flange Channels to suit project drawings and specifications. Steel can be supplied cut to length, drilled and prepared with plates, stiffeners and connection details as required.
Fabricated for residential, commercial and structural applications, with a focus on accuracy, fit-up and efficient installation.
LINTELS & PURLINS
RATED TO LAST
Steel lintels in flat bar and 100 x 100 and 150 x 100 angle, ordered to length to suit your openings. Supplied in R3 and R4 durability classes to AS/NZS 2699.3. R3 is hot-dip galvanised for standard conditions; R4 is hot-dip galvanised then epoxy coated for coastal and more corrosive environments.
Purlins for roof and wall framing, supplied punched or unpunched to suit your connections, for residential, architectural and commercial projects.
FRAMES
FABRICATED FOR STRUCTURAL SUPPORT
We fabricate portal frames, K-frames and project specific structural frame assemblies to suit your drawings and specifications.
Cut, drilled and fabricated in our Brendale workshop for accurate fit-up, efficient installation and reliable structural performance.
