WHAT WE COLLECT
• Contact details: your name, company, email address and phone number.
• Project information: project suburb or site address, drawings, plans, specifications, photos and other files you send us, and details of your requirements.
• Order details: delivery address and order history when you buy from our online shop or place an order with us. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't store full card details.
• Communications: emails, messages and notes from phone calls.
• Website data: technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies, plus account details if you create an account on our site. Some of this is collected automatically by our website platform, Wix.
HOW WE COLLECT IT
Directly from you through our quote form, online shop, email, phone or in person. From your builder, architect, designer or other project contact when they send us drawings or details that include your information. Automatically when you use our website.

• To review your project, prepare quotes and answer enquiries.
• To fabricate, deliver and invoice your order.
• To keep in touch about your project.
• To run, secure and improve our website.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your personal information. We'll only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
We don't use automated systems to make decisions about you. Every quote and order is reviewed by our team.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only where it's needed: our website and online shop platform (Wix) and payment providers; delivery carriers (name, phone number and delivery address); suppliers and specialists working on your project, such as engineers (for design certification), galvanisers and powder coaters; our accountants, IT providers and professional advisers; and anyone we're required to share it with by law.
STORAGE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Our website platform, Wix, and some of our email and software providers store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
KEEPING IT SECURE
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls on our systems. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep information while it's needed for your project and our records, including business records we must keep under tax law. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.
